DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY Orders are dispatched to the shipping company within 7 (seven) business days at the latest following order approval. Deliveries are currently available only within Turkey.

Shipping Charges:

• For standard shipments, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (Buyer Pays).

• For orders of 5.000 TL and above, shipping costs are covered by our company (Free Shipping).

Special Conditions: Special packaging and delivery procedures are applied for ceramic and similar fragile products to mitigate the risk of breakage. For alternative delivery requests or further information, please contact our customer service representative.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier company within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days.

For shipments made by courier, the shipping cost is included in your total order amount.
You can view your shipping fee on your invoice and in your order details.
