PAYMENT METHODS

1. Bank Transfer / EFT

When you make a purchase via bank transfer or EFT through Turgutlu Gülay Makina, the delivery process begins once the payment amount is received in our company’s account.
Orders for which payment is not received within 2 (two) business days will be considered invalid.

When making your transfer, please remember to include your order number in the payment description field.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) — Cash or Credit Card

For cash on delivery orders, your purchase amount must be at least 500 TL, and Aras Kargo must be selected as the shipping option.
The cash-on-delivery service is available throughout Türkiye.

If you choose Cash on Delivery (Cash), you can pay the courier only in cash upon delivery.

If you choose Cash on Delivery (Credit Card), you can make your payment only by credit card at the time of delivery.

3. Credit Card Payment

You can make purchases in a single payment or in installments, depending on the options offered by our partner banks.

All transactions are processed through a secure SSL connection, and your credit card information is never stored or saved in our system.
