SALES, DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

All sales made through our website are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, and are carried out in accordance with these legal regulations.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ORDER CONDITIONS

The product images displayed on our website are for illustrative and display purposes only.
Products are not kept in stock and are manufactured to order in accordance with the customer’s preferences and requests.

Therefore, please carefully check all details, measurements, and specifications before confirming your order.
Once production has started, order cancellation is not possible.

According to the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made or personalized upon the consumer’s special request or modifications.

2. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

All products manufactured by Turgutlu Gülay Makina are produced to first-class quality standards and are shipped to the customer’s delivery address after successfully passing all quality control tests.

The delivery time is determined according to the production schedule following order confirmation.
When the shipment is completed, tracking information is shared with the customer.

3. DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery.
If any breakage, visible discoloration, or deformation is detected, the issue must be recorded with a report prepared by the courier.

In such cases, the customer may contact Turgutlu Gülay Makina within 7 days to return the product or request an exchange.
Shipping costs in this situation are covered by Turgutlu Gülay Makina.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

For a product to be accepted within the scope of the right of withdrawal:

It must be sent in its original box and packaging,

Together with its invoice and all accessories,

Unused and undamaged.

In cases of return or exchange (other than due to a manufacturing defect), the shipping cost belongs to the customer.

After the product reaches us, the necessary inspection will be carried out and the refund will be issued within 7 business days.

5. VISUAL AND COLOR VARIATIONS

Since all products are made to order, it is not possible to display every real image on the website.
Therefore, the product received by the customer may have up to a 5% difference in color tone or appearance compared to the photos on the site.
This variation is a natural result of custom manufacturing and does not constitute a defect.

6. UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

If the customer fails to receive a product purchased by credit card and the item is returned to our company, a second shipping fee will be charged if reshipment is requested.
